Our rates for Corporate and Business customers are normally $95.00 per hour for general support, and $15.00 per call for phone support.  Please note that these rates apply during normal business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time.  After hours rate may apply outside of these times. Also Phone support options are only available to out customers who have net terms.
